BROADWAY OFFSET PRINTING CO.
Until recently, 3800 Euclid was home to the Broadway Offset Printing. The business was owned by the Kohn family and resided in the building for over 45 years.
THE OFFSET LOFTS
Substantial renovation through 2019 transformed the building into the Offset Lofts, reflecting the current changing nature of the City of Cleveland itself. It is a juxtaposition of old and new, roughness and refinement The design and development team focused on featuring the historic aspects of the building while enriching the residents experience with conveniences consistent with living in a modern bustling city. Measures were taken to retain, protect and enhance the historic exterior features, the original wood flooring, generously sized windows, and the warm robust masonry walls.
We used these components as a backdrop for housing contemporary amenities like spacious and flexible living areas, luxurious baths, fitness center, state of the art security, digital access, and LED lighting.
